damsel no more...

After I spent about 4-5 hours setting up the trap and waiting; I finally got 1 damsel out of the 15-20 that I wanted to catch out of my tank.

This morning I finally put an end to this trap thinggy. I got all the corals/ rocks out of my 180 gal tank. About 200-250 lbs of rocks ( yes tank is mainly rocks ).

After 6 hours, I finally got all 21 damsels out of my tank and put everything back into my tank and running again.

This time no more damsel. Now I have to find away to sell them off or start up another tank.

uhm... don't cycle your tank w/ damsels...

Try to find an LFS what will give you store credit.

Well, I bought alot of damsels 2 years ago for FO, they were about a penny size, when I converted into reef about 5 months ago, I wanted lot of fish, so I put them back into my reef tank. However I was having problem with nitrate and water quality.

When I catch them they are about 2-3" each.

I think they hate all my xenia.
