Here's mine when I first started. I then found thinner piece's plate like and wedge them in to create more ledges.

Carlos is the master of drilling into rocks. He has all the right tools. Took him 30 minutes to make one pillar.

It looks kinda funky without anything growing on it right now but I think it will look ok when it's full and my corals are mounted. I just hope it the rock don't create too much shade towards the bottom.

Yes, it will create a shade. Just have to have some corals that don't need that much light under. I have my acans, blastomussa, zoas/palys etc... I think I'm chaning everything up on my new tank, I just didn't like the shade it does create.

Shade and shadow people got the point. Sorry Clay if i didn't use the correct wording. ha,ha,ha Is this in correct format... Logan followed Clay around the frag swap as if he were his shadow.

so....after thinking about it, and seeing how nice my stand is I think i am going to sell the 120 and buy a new 120 oceanic tech tank! So if anybody wants the tank and stand I will sell it for what I paid $575 but I want to keep the canopy

Are you serious? I think your going crazy Dan! Funny that Clay posted on the thread. I pointed out a sweet oceanic tank with Starphire as the front panel to him. It was only a 45 gallon tank with a tag of $469.99 on it.

Hmmm... If I were you I'd sell atleast one or both of those tanks before purchasing the oceanic. I'll pm you about Carlos and your 120 long.
