Dark Spots on FoxFace

I purchased a one spot foxface 2 days ago at LFS. He has been alone in QT since I got him...
He was fine yesterday, swimming & eating well. This morning he is showing dark spots on both sides:

My Foxface changes color all the time. Often it will look almost white with black splotches

But this does look strange, mine has never looked like this.

I treated with PraziPro, which I do preventatively in QT on day 3 for all fish regardless. Wait & see?

They change color with stress like all fish do, I wouldn’t worry about it
