I got my Dart pump in from you on Friday and installed it and it is very loud. The humm can be heard several rooms away. It then started making a wierd vibration noise. I checked everything to make sure that it was not anything in my stand vibrating and it's not. I can put my ear up to the pump and can hear the vibration in it. It is also very hot. I have heard that they run cool. Mine after a couple minuets of running is to hot to touch. Is there anything you can do to get me a new pump? I have the pump off so that I don't mess it up any more so my tank is without a closed loop running for circulation.
