dart pump

Huh??? What are you attempting to ask? If you want good relevant answers, please ensure you give us some info and what you're looking for in response.

First and foremost, you likely should NOT run a Dart (as in Reeflo Dart, the pump I assume) on a tank with a 1" drain and 30g sump. A Dart on a "typical" tank with an in-stand sump, roughly 5' head, would be pushing ~2800 GPH. Your normal 1" drain can handle roughly ~900 GPH.

Not only would you overflow the tank incredibly quickly, but the sump is likely way too small for that pump. You could throttle the Dart WAY back, but there are a ton of more accurately sized pumps for that setup.

Well i was planning on running 11/4 bulk head from sump with ball valve followed by 2" tee and with 11/4 intake from tank, with strainer, about 1" below the water surface .Intake will have tee equipped w/ ball valve for priming. I got a brand new( reeflo dart pump) for 50 bucks .
So I want to hook it up do you think that would work? Running chiller, and, uv with dart also.
the only thing i'm worried about is the tanks water level, will it be to low, or high.
I have a grown out sps tank and cannot achieve adequate circulation using tunze 6105 turbelle with 7091 and mag 12 so I thought i may be able to create closed loop, using pvc and lockline over the back, run tank, and make room for new octo extreme. Remember dart cost me 50. Another 6105, 350.I just don't know if it will be worth it.It would be great to have some input. Sorry for not giving any initial info!

Also i have penductors.I will or will not use.And will that effect the loop? i will have many valves to control pressure.

If you want to drill the tank for a closed loop, yes that would be a great pump to utilize. Penductors are for pressure rated pumps, the dart is flow rated.
