Darwins pale? What's going on?

I just walked in the door from the long weekend. The fish seem to all be okay, except my two Darwins. They are looking pale. They are swimming fine and all, but the black is looking a little lighter on them. Should I be concerned?

My cousin has borrowed my testing kit, so I have to wait until tomorrow for params and such.

It also seems that the automatic feeder is broken. It was working when I left, but they could have gone a couple of days without food. Could that contribute to them being pale?

Never seen them like this. I'm worried.

You posted at 2:34am.. I'd assume the tank was dark? (I don't know where you are in the world) If the lights are out its normal for the colour to be pale.. Its a normal thing most fish go through at night..
