So have you started cycling that thing yet??? :spin3:
Really love that stand. Tank looks gorgeous too.
I've skinned my 400 with plywood and was going to go with a white painted effect similar to my current tank with trim applied. Now I'm considering taking my skillsaw and running it with the blade set very shallow to put recessed lines in it to achieve the same look as this with one piece of wood.
Anyways keep it up I love it.

I changed over a few years ago and never looked back. I always had chronically low PH too so the calcium reactor didn't really help the situation. Since I've added the Genesis for the automatic water changes dosing is a no brainer since I never have to worry about the ionic imbalance.I should have moved to dosing years ago. I was really close to changing everything over on this tank but never pulled the trigger. Its just so much more straight forward and simple than Ca reactors and kalkwasser.
not much, family, work, tank, the usual
started a 250 myself about 4 months ago (there is a build thread here a couple of pages back)
great job on that stand and dosing setup, gonna be a very nice setup when all is said and done!
Very nice build!!
Awesome work!
You got salt in that thing yet???? Haven't you seen that new TV show "Tanked"??? You should have had $5000 worth of fish swimming in that thing the day you got it on the stand!!!!
Just kidding! Take your time. You're doing it right. Keep up the good work.
