DC8 not working

I came home tonight to find my dc8 will not switch on or off items. I can see the green LED light is on so I know its getting power. Its hooked up to an ACjr. The system has been up over a month with no wiring changes and no problems.

Any idea what may be wrong? Again it will not switch items on or off, even when I go into manual control and switch them.

Well, i don't know how many neptunes are out there. I sure hope badbones we spent our hundreds of dollars wisely.

I'm sure they are great with warranty work, but heaven forbid the day you come home and the tank is f'ed up.

My advise is to keep core components like the main pump out of a device like this and stick to heat and cool which can tolerate hours of unsupervised errors.

it will not switch items on or off

Could you please expand on this ststements? Do you mean that no device can be controlled, some devices or 1 device cannot be controlled?

If all the outlets are off on the DC8 and the green light is on, then I suspect that the internal fuse is blown. For DC8s with serial #'s less than 5000 the fuse is located inside the case, on the main circuit board next to the A1 outlet.
