DD fish quaranteen

QT is not always about sickness, QT is a good quiet place where a fish can eat without being stressed. It has taken my female redsea regal angel 6 weeks to eat like I want her to. I don't believe she would of made it competing for food I'm my display.

Always quarantine your livestock. It will save you many headaches that can otherwise be avoided. A 30 to 60 day quarantine period is preferable.

No cutting corners in this hobby. Going the extra step and QT'ing all new fish and corals will save you a lot of headaches and $$.

DD fish do go thru a qt process...la fish do not...
but even after a stringent dd qt process they still recommend putting your fish thru a qt round...my qt process is 2 months...give or take...
