Dead 6201 - Need RMA information

One of my 4 6201(s) has stopped working. The pumpt worked after the last cleaning (about 2 weeks ago) but I noticed today that it was not functioning. I unplugged it from the controller (still dead), I swapped power connections with another 6201 (still dead), I cleaned it again and retested (still dead). I guess I need RMA???

Ken, just send your pump in make sure you have the Point of contact and return address and Roger for Rodney will take care of you. You don't need an RMA with tunze unless it change . I think your driver toasted

Just send it in, be sure your return address is in the box, usual turnaround is 24hrs plus UPS ground transit time.
