is it dying or dead??

how long after an anemone has died in your tank will it take to release those toxins?? supposedly it was taken out of the tank within 10 minutes of it looking bad... because before this it was expanded..

exuse me???? if this is regarding me having the anemone in my tank.......... i gave it to my friend and he brought it back to me today because he thought it had died.. and he didnt want it to wipe out his tank...and i put it in my QT.. so there is no reason to give me your attitude .. and i appreciate everyones advice and i use it.

And toss the rock too. It's not worth the risk of the rock having absorbed any copper then placing it back in the main system.
