dead fish please HELP!

Hey guys,
so i lost a few fish the past few days, no pics but here are the signs and results, any ideas?

48-72 hours dead, they had no symptoms before,
Treated with Ich X after my first loss, they looked a little better then lost the rest
Cloudy Eyes
Body rotted

any ideas? B.c. i'm clueless right now

it was a royal gramma, but i also lost a porcupine puffer, black cap basslet and a queen angel

The possibilities are endless. Could have been ammonia poisoning due to something dying the tank. If the puffer died first, they can nuke a whole tank because they carry poison in their skin. Could have been something fell into the sump or tank like a chemical or something. Could also be something like a mantis shrimp that came in on some live rock. The age of the tank would help, as well as how long you had each fish and if they all came from the same source etc etc. Sorry I couldn't give better info, but without very detailed info its hard for anyone to make assumptions.

Quite possibly external bacterial infection.

Have you been using UV from day one and was there any sign of external bacterial infection while at the LFS. Were they feeding well at the LFS. I am not implying that UV would certainly have helped, but possibly could have helped.

Some bacterial infections can be very virulent and kill in a few days. The UV may slow the spread and make an infection less virulent as it slows waterborne-to-fish transfer.

Once a bacterial infection has taken hold, the only hope is the use of an antibiotic drug in QT. Bear in mind that antibiotics will affect nitrification bacteria to various degrees, mildly to gravely. Sometimes, only if a fish feeds very actively, an antibiotic can be used in food as first trial.
