Dead Kole Tang Removal

We got a 3" Kole Tang yesterday, which is now dead and sitting on the bottom of the tank. My dad thinks we should leave him there for the crabs to "assimilate" but I think a dead fish is not a good thing to leave laying around in your little ecosystem. Should we remove the tang or let the crabs try to eat the monster?

put it in a plastic baggie and seal it

Remove and return to LFS you got it from with a sample of water to test.

I wouldnt get another fish until you figure out why the fish died so quickly.

The tang was dead on arrival - no idea why Dad let the thing get into the water in the first place; sorry for not clarifying!
