I have a question for you all -
A while back, probably 2 months ago, I purchased my lighting setup and a cleanup crew. I followed the acclimation process you included on the yellow sheet to the T. However, more than half of the crew died within 2-3 days. My water condition was perfectly fine. I tested before and after. After I had a few ammonia spikes but nothing terrible.
My question is about your "stay alive" policy. After I found RC and read about what others experiences were like, I decided to try you all. So far I was very impressed with quality and the service. I just can't get over the fact that I don't have to press 1, 5, 2, 4, 1 ,2 - to get a service rep. I just dial and WHAM, you answer the fone without having to press any extensions! Back to my question. Again, I did not know about your "stay alive" policy till after the fact. I was informed by a friend that told me - "oh yeah, if they die within 5 days, you can get them replaced". DOH! I was not happy. I decided not to call anyone since my "time" was up!
However, I was just curious if there is anything that can be done at this point? I do recommend you all to everyone I know and have made several expensive purchases. Just wondering if there is a way I can "collect" even though it is kinda late.
If you need any information just let me know.
Thanks,
Kris
