Dead pb tang

Hi guys

My pb tang that had the red fins died last night he has been in the tank for about 6 weeks and he was breathing heavily he's eating well the only new addition was a desjardini tang but he was in qt for a month and he had no parasites and he's been in the dt for 2 weeks

The parameters are

Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 10ppm
Salinity 1.024

What size tank? Anymore background information? When was the last water change? Breathing heavy can mean a few different things

The tank is a 200 gallon and the last water change was one week ago of 20 percent

Other fish are

1 Hippo tang
1 Desjardini tang
3 blue damsels
1 royal gramma
2 common clownfish
