Dead snail..

Hi,

So I just got back from the dentist just to find one of my two snails daed. I pulled it out of the water and poked it with a toothpick to see if it was allive but it didn't move. Of course I got alarmed and did a basic ammonia, nitrites, nitrates check.
Everything turned out 0 so it aint the water. My temp is 25°C (I check that every single day, multiple times).
Am I missing something?
Oh, I should mention that recently I have seen a bunch mini snails around. Could it be snail gave birth to the mini snail and now it died???

Pretty sure the snails will lay eggs. Im sure everyone will agree snails will die off for no apparent reason. So not much to be worried about.

Those mini snails your seeing might be Collonista snails. These are harmless grazers that sometimes hitchhike there way into our tanks.

I guess its time to go snail shopping... I had only 2 snails to begin with...
How many and what kind should I get for my 16g tank?
