Debora!

Always a great day when you post pictures Debora!
Anything changed with dosing or maintenance etc?

Hello Everyone!
I am glad that You like my corals:)

I didn't make any change with dosing.

The latest update photos is so nice!
Thanks!

Ive been checking in on this thread for awhile now. Youve got a beautiful piece of the reef. Ive recently switch of to aquaforest probiotics. Ive not ventured with their other products due to still having lots of red sea suppliments left. Ive notice that im losing my deep colors but my sps are starting to color up more. Is this your experience with aquaforest the lighter colors?

Nice,
I am using AF Energy (old Coral E) and colors are brighter.

I will help You with dosing.

I am also curious as to what you would say contributes to the light pastel coloration in your acros. Does the aquaforrest zeo mix do it mostly? Or is a mix of high light, low nutrients and or other things?
Beautiful acros! Keep the updates coming :). That blue gomezi is stunning, think that's what it is. Would love some more pics of it.

Thanks.
I think that there is no magic.. Strong light, strong skimmer, water change weekly, not much useless fishes. Only useful.
I am feeding my corals few times a week.
Zeo Mix + AF Energy works to my brighter colors:)

Hehe, those jugs last you less than 3 weeks each, that's 17 jugs per year of each component! :D I hope you pay less for them in Poland than we pay here in Canada. That would be over CAD$1100 a year. Haha! Every time I buy AF products the price goes up and up. I think they are raising the prices as the demand goes up.

I love that first Acro in your last posting. That subtle green fluoresce tops is off nicely.
I have calcium reactor in my frag tank. I will create new thread about that. But I am still afraid to make change of dosing macro elements... I am sure of that products and I don't want to lose what I have.

But I made big change in my tank: I replace all my rocks!
For now is ok:)
I had "montipora attack":) Now my tank is full of Acroporas + 1 stylophora:)

Beautiful Deborah.
What's your lighting schedule?

Thanks.
Now is:

Narva Blue
Ati Purple Plus
Narva Blue
Ati Aquablue special
Ati Aquablue special
Narva Blue

Wow, that IS a big change! Please post a new full tank photo! I have only two Montiporas in my tank, and they are on islands so they can't take over! Haha!

Which brand of test kit do you use for nitrate?

I am using Salifert for No3

Ok, that shoots down my theory. It seems there are quite a few people running into suddenly high nitrate (like 50+ ppm) when switching to Aquaforest where NO3 was very low before. All the people I read about were using Salifert test kits, so I was thinking maybe there was a compatibility issue with the Salifert kit and Aquaforest. I`m interested to see what happens with these tanks.

Beautiful as usual. I'm in the process of switch from my vodka vinegar carbon mix to NP Pro.

How much NP pro are you dosing on your system. Roughly how many liters is your system? Any advice on switching over?

how high above your tank do you keep your lights. I'm also curious as to what your photo period is now on the tank.

Edit: never mind just saw how many hours you do lol.
