Apparently they also don't seem to offer much in the way of technical support either.
As much as Zeovit gets hammered for pricing and the early years of controversy, G. Alexander was always there to help users and update his tank over the years.
He's still on the Zeo forum now 10+ years later. Maybe AF can learn a thing or two about customer support other than just referring people to the user guide.

That's one of the major complaints about Aquaforest, not to mention those who had problems with the system and got silence as the only answer.
It's not normal to delegate on forum users your responsabilities as a company.

They got hammered with controversy, as I am not sure a lot of people know. G. Alexander always stood by the products and to help and still does, and they are still around today because of it.

Hi Everyone !
I am sorry for delay in updating my thread.
I was painting my walls at home and I moved all my sps corals and to friends.
Now I have LPS only because I wasn't afraid about them.
Walls painted but now I am take break of sps
I really enjoy this hobby still and active and giving support about Aquaforest products.
About support: I live in different time zone and sometimes I have to sleep when you are asking
But I am trying to answer everyone
Now we are looking for new supporters in US.
We have Aquaforest Group at Facebook aslo.
About Aquaforest: products are From Poland. I am Polish and I am writing Polish instructions and guides and always translations are from Polish
Aquaforest employees chemist, have own ICP- oes and testing all batches of salt and every other products before they are packing.

Im puzzle about people who complain about a system like aqua forest or seovit or any others. They can a design a system and make it work but they cant guarantee that it will work for your tank. It might work well for Debora but it might not work for you because your tank is differ from her. Also I notice most tank that fail are the one that jump on the trendy method and don't start from the beginning

I would still like to see whatever you have setup at your house, even if it's lps or softies. Seriously, keep the thread going.
I can't believe you took that tank down just to paint...... I don't know anyone who has done that. Normally everyone just covers the tank with plastic.

i know you don't have this tank any more but hoping you could answer a couple of quick questions.
Did you dry or wet skim with this system?
Did you happen to have any photos of the rockwork before you added the coral?
