Debris on tang?

Do sand particles stick to the fish? I havent seen him acting funny or anything so im assuming its just sand or debris from where he swims in this rock hole that has sand on the bottom....

Do you know what ich looks like? It can look like little sand particles stuck to the fish.

Otherwise, yes, they do have a slime coat and I have seen some fish, mainly wrasses, have a couple grains of sand stuck to them but it comes off usually very fast.
