Debris Suspension in a 225G

I'm looking for a solution to help keep debris off of my sandbed and rock until the overflow can do its job sending it on towards my sump to be cleaned up.

I don't keep any corals that need a tremendous amount of flow so I'm looking for more of a gentle rock similar to a wavemaker (but don't like the idea of a large black box inside of the aquarium).

My tank's dimensions are as follows: 72" x 24" x 30".

What would you suggest? One pump? Two? More? In what configuration? Controller?

Thanks for your advice in advance!

The wavebox is far and away your best bet, you can probably get a similar wave from 2 6305 and a 7096, but the cots is much, much higher. Essentially the emptying and filling of the box at least doubles the performance of the pump which in the wavebox is essentially a 6305 with a 6105 power supply since it is run for such brief pulses it never needs the full power of the larger transformer.
