hey guys, awhile ago i posted about drilling a tank and there seemed to be some interest. i have a 55 sitting empty in the bedroom that would make a cool little acro dominant tank that we could drill up if anyone was interested. maybe even like a little seminar before the meeting so it doesnt cut into time. ill buy the bits if someone has a drill and if the tank breaks my feelings wont be hurt. whatcha think, spark any interest?<~~~steve

Hey steve, if that's an aga ( all glass ) it's tempered. It'll shatter, the bottom at least, so if your going to try, do a side.

If you want to drill the sides, I'd gladly make a presentation. I have a few bits, so we should be good there (one for a 1" and one for a 3/4" heavy duty bulkhead). Bring it along if you want to give it a shot.

gary, sounds good. im hoping work doesnt call me in the night of the meeting. that would suck bad. im going to wiggle out of it somehow. as of right now lets plan on doing it, or if theres no interest except for the three of us we could set up some time before the meeting when our schedules correspond. let me know<~~~steve
