December meeting idea

I want to gauge interest in having the December meeting at my basement bar. The tank is not much to look at, howevere it gets better after each beer. Lets just say its a rebuilding year. But we can do the same thing as the library but with a cold one in your hand. Everyone is invited but only people 21 or older can drink, sorry.

This will be used to gauge interest and then If the majority want to do it I will post another thread to pick a date. It can be on a weekday or a weekend. It is better earlier in the month because of the holiday.

I was wondering the same thing. When there were only 5 votes and there were only 5 comments, it was 4 to 1 either someone voted wrong or they really like the library

i'd like to schedule a tank tour cause i suck @ taking ics they are two white looking . they alwayse look worse than real life

It takes a good camera to take nice tank shots. However most better models of digital cameras have a white balance adjustment. It gives you a + and - adjustment. Most cameras that have it don't have it marked well. I say good because the $99 one won't have it. My little Olympus Verve has it. It is not the best at closeups but its water proof. A must for me.

I sent a pm to multiple people who are normally at the meetings or on the boards to vote. Once we get a responce from them I will put up a poll to vote on a date. I will have 4 options available including our regular Monday night. I will wait a few mre days then post.

i have a cannon its should be able to take better pics but i lost the book and dont know how to adjust all of the settings maybe ill bring it to the next meeting.....
