I added one to my tank when I bought a 6000 stream. I didn't reaquascape the entire tank but just kind of fit it in where I could.

Pros:
- Does discretely hide the pump
- Rock has nice shelves/ flats to mount coral

Cons:
- Bulky rock that may not fit into your rockwork
- not able to adjust the angle of the pump outlet

I ended up taking the rock out of my tank (it's in a bucket in the garage) and had the stream hanging on a magnet on the side of the tank.

Let me know if you have any specific questions about the rock,
Richard

I've got one for a 6045. Overall I like it. I wish it covered the back of the pump a little more so it was easier to stack other rocks on top of it...Only other complaint is that there's no way (that I've found) to install the snail/fish grate over the pump and install it in the deco rock. Hopefully nobody gets chopped up.

I have used the "rocks" in my tanks. Initially they stick out like a sore thumb. But a year later another reefer did not even notice that they were there, thinking that all the circulation in my tank was the main pump from the sump.

The only "problem" was that a fish in my predator tank (I think a puffer) bit a hole through the "rock" on the top side. The hole is about the size of a dime and does not seem to be a significant issue though.
