Defective bulb repalcement

I need some help with replaceing a defective URI VHO bulb. Over the last several years I have order 4 to 6 of the 60" 140 w Uri bulbs from you to take advantage of your free shipping. I usally do this in December.

Well I pulled my last set of bulbs out to replace them and this bulb was defective. as you can see one end of the bulb looks very strange. I plugged the bulb in and it would not light up. As well you can see the bulb is not burnt out.

I am ready to reorder more bulbs. Is there anyway you could replace this defective bulb within my next order? This would save you some additional shipping cost. I do have one of the shipping packages you ship these bulbs in. But due to the cost of shipping It just doesn't seem worth shipping this bulb back to you.

I have used Marine Depot for several years now to keep me supplied. Love thier free shipping and great prices to boot. This is the first time I have had a single problem with a item purchased from them. I had this bulb stored for several months and took it out of the box defective. I am not sure how other online suppliers work but I have read on others sights defective items over 30 days must be dealt with the MFG. I have had this bulb stored much longer then 30 days and Marine depot came trough with great customer service.
