Deionization-resin from Bulk Reef Supply

Gonna buy some bulk reef supply DI resin, but i dont need the whole bag. i was wondering if anyone wants to split it or buy some for your RO/DI units. My TDS on my max cap is at 1 ppm, but i only am gonna need 3 cartridges. The 7.5 lb bag fills up 6 cartridges.

No worries. But as long as were on the subject, do you guys have any sense of this product's shelf life? I had a large sealed bag of it in the shed for months. I opened it up, and much of it had turned brown. Out of desparation, I tried some anyway, and I'm getting 0 ppm out of a canister that's mostly brown. Can the color turn in storage before the resin loses its deionizing capabilities?
