ReefArtist, by the way, my students DO now how mad I am/was and how I thought it was so wrong. Since then I've received a few cash donations and have kept receipts for what I bought like what was suggested, and a couple of parents have offered to buy some small things directly from these manufacturer's that offered the class the big discounts.
What I'm doing now is putting a link on my site directly to the manufacturers. People (parents) can buy gift certificates for the class, or can purchase exactly what we need themselves. Some would rather do that than do this other fundraiser stuff where you end up buying things you don't want and our class only gets part of the profit.

We really needed those powerheads! Thank you so much! It's 545 right now, and I'm off to school to put a couple more things together. As long as everything goes like it has been, all tanks will be cycling for the 5-day break starting tomorrow (8 are cycling now, and another 12 by tomorrow)! Thanks for all the goodies.
