Delivery Process Needs work

I placed a order the evening of the 3rd of May. On the the 7th of May I get a UPS confirmation that my delivery date is the 13th. There was no indication of anything on back order. This has happened before to me from your company.

I love shopping at your site but your delivery process needs work.

I'm in the Fl panhandle

I assure you that this is not a normal practice for us, and many of our customers will tell you that orders are usually shipped on the same or the following business day.
