Deltec AP 600 help!

Hi my Deltec AP600 it doesn't working. The pump an Aquabee 2000 isn't producing bubbles, I cleaned everything, but not success. I'm looking for Marvin and/or Doug at Deltec USA, without success. I've to resolve my problem. This is a recirculating skimmer, I'm trying to find a pump for it.
I'm a little bit disapointed, an expensive skimmer and it doesn't work like I was expecting.

I assume that the pump turns on and pumps. It will not produce bubbles in fresh (tap) water. Are you testing it in salt water?

Yes I'm testing it in saltwater. These is how I noticed it it doesn't working right. And it was in the sump.

How old is the skimmer, did you just start your system, did you do a waterchange? If so, it may take a few days for the foam head to form. Are you getting any bubbles at all?
