My LFS has some nice looking Derasa clams in,The only thing is i can see right through where they expelle water,I'm not too familiar with Derasa clams,Want to know if this is bad?

if you can see through the flat hole ( incurent siphon ) and through a small hole in the bottom ( byssal opening ), this is normal. if it really is through the other raised hole ( exhalent siphon ), then there may be a problem.

I was able to see through the exhallent siphon and see the bottom of the tank

what you are looking through is called the byssal opening. most of the time clams hold them closed, sometimes they dont and you can see through them. every clam has this opening

does it look healthy other than that? How does it react to movement over lights?

One had what looked like pinched mantle. The others looked fine besides what i was describing and they reacted to light changes,Didn't close all the way.

be careful, if one has it the others may very well have it too. that is of course if they are in the same system.
