well at a local club meeting my girlfriend played the raffle for my and got me a desert fox paly (or at least an awesome look-a-like)

here is a pic i took of it.

there are 2 polyps but you can only see one in the pic.
not bad for spending $10 on the raffle.

Not the Desert Fox Paly... but it's nice :)
yea i didn't think so but like you said it is still nice. thats what it was labeled as at the raffle but when i looked for pics of it, it didn't quite look the same.

Very nice, let me know if you ever have any extra frags ;)

Careful with the frag requests... Mods don't like'em much... Keep it in the PMs... :)

Back on topic... Sweet paly!!! :D Nice raffle prize... Would like to see a closeup too though...

well unfortunatly the colors on it are fading, instead of being a solid green its now turning into a dull brown green:sad1:. im atributing this color change to my lighting. I have 2x55 watt 50/50 and im just geussing but i think it came from a tank with halides. hopefully it will color back up once i set up my 40 breeder with T5. i took some "close ups" but i need to upload them still. they aren't that close because my camera is antient and it doesn't do macros verry well at all

Definitely not Desert Fox, or a Stardust PE. It is a true palythoa instead of a Zoanthus giganteus from the looks of it. Great morph!

Here is one I had under PCs which seems similar, sorry the pic isn't better. It will happily accept small foods, and seems to grow quite vigorously.
