I'm going to be upgrading my 72 LPS system over the next couple months. Due to the relentless aptasia outbreak in there I'm looking to move all the contents and fish into my larger system now. Just making life easier.
the fish are my concern. I have a really light fish stock so I would like to move all the fish to the 120 (either main tank or 4x2x1 Rubbermaid frag tank)
The problem fish is the Desjardini Sailfin - he has grown and needs a bigger home, so I was going to put him in the 120 display - unfortunately the 120 currently has an orange shoulder and a yellow tang which is about the same size as the Desjardini at about 4.5"
I'm thinking the Desdarjini and yellow are not going to get along. Any ideas how to get the yellow tang out so i can put him in the frag tank until the new system is running? He is super healthy and fast!
