desperately in need of help

i bought 4 female lyretail anthias 6 days ago. put them in QT. they were all eating, looked great.

day 2 one started looking bad, stopped eating, looked like chunks of it were falling off. dead by the next morning.

I hoped it was just overly stressed, the other 3 still looked great.

this morning (day 6) one wasn't eating as much, but still looked ok.
by this evening it wasn't swimming much and had what looks like a sore on its side.

an hour later she was dead....

At this point i assume it isnt just stress.... i would love any help diagnosing and figuring out how to save my remaining 2...

It's a bit late for formalin if the fish already have sores and ulcers.
I would try Chloroquine Phosphate (Ick-Shield Powder) at double the recommended dose.

Worth a shot but may be too late.

Uronema is an opportunistic parasite that doesn't need a host to survive. The last two may be lucky so far or possibly immune to Uronema, but if this was Uronema it is still in that tank and there is a good chance to bring it into the DT.
To minimize that risk I would give those two a formalin bath and transfer them to a new QT afterwards. You may also still considering to treat them with CP.
Everything in the current QT should be bleached! If it was me I would get the fish out of there and then dump a good deal of bleach straight into that tank as it is and let it soak for a day before breaking it down and do a proper cleaning and disinfection.
