diagnosis fo my Regal

I have a Regal Angel in QT at the moment, I'm 10 days into CP and have dosed my 2nd round of Prazipro. It has a raw patch on one side which I thought initially was a dislodged scale but looking at it after photographing it I don't know, I have never seen HLLE but there seems to be more patches along the backbone line.

On its other flank the stripe seems to have lost its color and is a little raised.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure, but could those also be large flatworms?

How is the fish behaving? Is it eating?

BTW, is that a GBR regal?

It's just started eating ~ one week but isn't off its food. Yes it is a GBR Regal, I had a pair but one succumbed to a horrible flesh eating disease that ate its mouth off in 2 days. That's why I'm a bit worried for this one. It behaves quite normaly, isn't hiding and interacts with me.
