Diagnosis please

I noticed this about a week ago but hoped their immune systems would take care of it. Checked water today, its pristine and I have an idea but would like other opinions.

That looks like Lymphocystis, a virus infection that mostly occurs when the water isn't as good as it should be, usually due to overcrowding or insufficient filtering.
It should go away by itself a wile after the water issues are resolved.

How big is your tank and how many fish of what kind and size do you have in it?

What are your water test results?
