Well apparently my gobies have been gettin friskie and laid some eggs. Is there anything that I need to do? Shouldnt do? How long will they take to hatch?

If you're looking for some experience with breeding, you may want to try posting at MOFIB.org. They are great over there and you will find some of the most experienced breeders in the world hang out there.
At the same time, you really don't stand much of a chance of raising these I don't think, BUT only because you're not ready.
If you wanted to get ready (get some tanks/rotifers/phyto/etc. ready), then you may be able to raise them next time they hatch.
