Diamond Watchman Goby in Biocube 29?

Hello all,

Just like the title says, I was thinking of getting a Diamond Watchman goby and a firefish for my first fish in my biocube 29. The tank is about a month old and the CUC has been at work for two weeks. The tank had a diatom bloom that started around a week and a half ago but has since cleared up. I am thinking of getting clownfish in the next couple months once the tank matures further.

No. THe diamond or dragon is great in a very huge tank, but throws too much sand for a little one, and may upset the tank. You'll be a lot happier with a watchman goby of some sort. Same behavior, but modestly and quietly so. Firefish jump and go through small gaps: be sure you've safed your tank, but they are great.

The orange spot goby will dig up sand an rearrange it all for you. It might even collect it all to make it's burrow.
The pink spot is the one to get. It will sit on the sand, scoop it up, and filter it out there gills right on the sand without making a nasty cloud in the tank.
