Well I was just wondering if anyone could id these. The last picture is the best. Also they are all snails but one is not also it is really weird it attaches it self to rocks and is hard to take off.
Wow, my tank is strangley similiar to yours.. I have a 29 and a lot of our equipment is similiar, although I dont have quite as much light as you. I set up my tank about 3 weeks ago, and its cycled a few times. I just added my first fish, a perc clown, yesterday. I have about 30 odd pounds of rock in the tank now (Im slowly moving everything over from a 10 gallon tank, so I have about 10 more pounds of rock to add). I have a 20 L sump underneath the display with a refugium. Anyway, I'll just post a pic tomorrow when I get out of work, rather than try to explain it
Well my tank readings are
PH-8.2
Nitrate-0
nitrite-0
Ammonia-0
Sg-1.025
Temp-79.1
Do you think I can add my fish that is in QT(oh I dont know if i metioned this but i do have a true percula clown in QT. Since he was in my 25, but when that leaked no one would take him so he has been hanging around in the QT. I dont want anyone to think i went out and bought a fish )
Also can anyone tell me why my tank looks a little brown the glass is fine it is just the color of the tank. Im not sure if its the lighting though but just wondering if this happened to anyone else.
does the brown stuff scrape off? it's 'prolly just algae....you should get one of those Kent Marine Pro Scrapers....it's got to be one of the most amazing things for the money i've got for my tank (dry goods wise that is)....it makes quick work of algae on the glass...just comes right off! but post pics of it....i could be totally wrong...
no the glass is fine the water just looks a little brown. I think it might be just do to the lighting in the room, but was wondering if others had the same problem.
