How old is your tank?
Looks like cyano for my two cents.

I would say looks like the beginnings of cyano to me as well.

Tank is about 2.5 weeks old. Ammonia and nitrites 0 and Nitrates 50. Did a 20% wc.

yep...100% normal.. it "should" pass..
Just keep up with regular water changes/siphon it out if you can..
