Diced Fish for Sun Corals

Another question about food.

I was thinking about prepairing food for sun corals and wondered if I could use fish instead of shrimp. It could be easier to dice a block or slab of fish than the smaller shrimp.

Do you think that there is a significant nutritional difference between shrimp and fish? Can you think of anything else that might make me want to avoid fish filet?

I don't know much about feeding blends. What are Formulas I and II? About all that I know is cylopees and phyto paste. I grow rotifers off and on. I also use some of Marc Weiss's products but that is about all that I know.

My two colonies eat whatever my fish do not eat in the water column and then I feed them a separate shirimp/fish/scallop concoction once a week by turkey baster. Has worked well for years.

I put in a food processor shrimp, clams, oysters, mussels, squid, carrot, broccoli and garlic and feed that to my fish and dendros and they love it.
