did i get a phoenix 14K MH bulb?

i received my new phoenix bulbs today. i ordered the 250W DE 14K. the box and paper work states no kelvin rating. the bulb says:
PEC lamp
MH250W/TD
BLUE
Made In Japan
is this a 14K or 20K. i want to make sure it's not a 20K since bulb says blue. i will not be home until tomorrow when i'm going to install. i ordered from premium aquatics.

I'm sure you'll be fine... and I'm sure that Premium aquatics would refund you if they sent the wrong one.

Phoenix only makes one "higher kelvin" lamp which would be suited to aquarium use. They (Phoenix Lamp) actually market this bulbs as a 10,000K + lamp, however we (retailers and hobbyists) call this more of a 14k for our terms. You did receive the correct lamp!
