Diferent types of Galexia?

I have been looking at these for a while, The LFS had this one for a week or so before I got it. I'm pretty sure it's feeling a little worse for ware, The LFS slammed it into the side of the tank it was in, while removing it. They did give me 15.00 off for the accident.
It hit hard enough to rip a hole in the bag and crush some skeletal structure. The crushed section is showing new tissue so I assume it is healing up nicely.

I started this thread to see what your Galaxia look like? The ones I see on line look nothing like this one. It seams some sites sell them looking like mine, and some sell ones with longer arms?

Heres a pick of what mine looks like, it looks like a bunch of flowers.

Please feel free to post some picks of any Galaxia you might have.
Thanks

I thought it was brown now? LOL sorry. I guess just me and you keeping these?
I see no one responded to your Galexia thread, are things looking better? Feel free to post picks here, or even hijack. Sorry I could not be more help.

the brown galexia was green, sold to my lfs, now brown.

the three smaller frags in my 75 gallon, under t-5's are bright green.....

i told the folks at the lfs to get some more flow in the tank and to clean up the cyano outbreak they have (i think it is due to flow issues, because they dont feed their corals for nothing, except phytoplankton)
its frustrating, because i just watch stuff die in their tank.
im a noob but i get some basic principles of keeping lps and softies....they have one koriala 1 in a 100 gallon reef with a sump, that has no macro in it. im begining to think its the lights and flow issues (no flow, and probably >1 year old lights, and they said they had halides, but i aint seeing no shimmer so i think they dont know)

ive saved the mother galexia (thats where it originaly came from) from there just to sell half of it back a frag. saved an elegance too. doing way better in my tank, and i dont skim like they do.

nice galexia's the both of yous...........

thanks, I.m on the same page as you. Some times the folks at the LFS will ask me questions, Now thats scary!

I was thinking is mine the same as the pick posted by the dude? Is mine just hungry? I have noticed definite increase in polyp extension and total mass.
Are they the same?
Thanks again

where i fragged it, it was like white crumbly rock where it was sheered from the mother. well fleshy polyps have begun growing down over it.....so what mine does, i think, is grow the redish fleshy polyps which spread over surfaces...then the skeleton is made.

also, retracted polyps are either BAD or occurs right after they eat.....

more extension is almost always good. you want em bushy. (another thing, the one at the lfs is 3/4ths retracted, they aint happy)

i think the two are diffrent. but im a noob
