Difference between percula and ocellaris

So...I'm a clownfish noob. I went to a fish store last week, and thought I bought a pair of ocellaris. Now I'm convinced that one is a percula, and the other is an ocellaris (one has a half brown back(percula), the other's really orange (ocellaris)). I wanted an ocellaris pair because I heard that they were smaller and less aggressive. But, now that I have a percula and ocellaris, what's the big difference aside from color, etc.? Are there behavioral differences? Will either go psycho on my banggai cardinalfish?

Can you post pics? We can tell that way. The eyes are one of the easier ways to tell, if the eyes are all black then most likely ocy, if just a black pupil then most likely a perc. Spines are another diff.

Color isnt really an easy indicator as i have seen ocy's more black than percs.

Ime ocy's are less aggressive than percs but do get a little larger.but you wont have any issues with your cardinal fish there really isnt a whole lot of diffrence between each. Now maroons, tomatoes, and clarkis are a diff story.

These day with a lot of breeding there are som many clown that got various percentage of Ocellaris and Percula in their make up it is difficult. It really easy to tell a wild Ocellaris from a wild Percula
The eye color is most reliable. Dorsal fin of Ocellaris is higher. Coloration can show that a fish is Percula. However Percula can have lack of black and color like Ocellaris (not the other way around)

^^ This!

The spines are a rather iffy way of telling them apart as the ranges or number of spines overlap with both species.

I can in general tell the difference just by looking at the fish.
Hybrids can be iffy though.

Ok, so what do I have here?

It is more a reddish-orange than the adv percula's yellow-orange. Dorsal fin seems high to me for percula. Spine count in the percula range. Eye orange/black pupil although I do not believe that eye color is a credible trait.
Was sold as picasso, looks like some of the black photons popping up on DD. Also like this Bali Aquarich morph, CF21P1
