The Archon has it's hot spot running all the time after the update no need to press reset anymore. The website is the same as it is on the net. You have to select setup in the menu at the top to go to the setup web page. The setup page is different than the one you used to get pressing the reset button.

Sounds like same issue I'm having. Even after getting the missing webpages setup file I still cannot get my archon to act as a Hotspot. I've had a couple of exchanges with Eric over a DA and am waiting to get him on the phone to try to resolve my issue. It would be interesting if we were experiencing the same problem.

Do a reset from the front of the archon. I use a finishing nail to push the internal button. Hold for 5 - 10 sec. When the archon appears as a wireless network on your computer, log into it. From there put in the ip 192.168.10.1 and see what you get. Hopefully you'll get the sign in username and password. DigitalAquatics/password should get you signed in. Or in my case I get the old white setup page which is supposed to be gone. When i go that route it gets me on but with no archon hotspot. Interested to see what you get.

It sounds like all the files were not copied to your memory stick correctly. Do you have a file called setup.html in the www folder?

What if I copy some old back up files to the flash drive and try to the new update again?

You may want to backup the files you have just incase it does not work. I let mine sit for about 10 minutes when it was updating the webpages before I rebooted it. I am mot sure if it will work or not. If you have an extra USB drive you can copy your older backup to and try.

shellsea, if you still are having problems after inputting the setup.html file in your www folder let me know. Eric over at DA sent me the whole updated content of the webpages folder so if I was missing anything else it would be fixed. Didn't quite do he trick for me but may help you. Let me know if you need it.
BTW if you delete your current www files and put old ones back it will probably get you back on through the old white setup page. You won't have an Archon hotspot though. Whether you will be prompted to update your webpages again.....not sure. Again, I do have the file for the most updated webpages. If you want them send me your email address through here or PM.

Thanks for the www file Rob and your efforts Matt. I got my www file replaced with new. I could not remove a log file that was in mine cause it was protected. Not sure if that presents a problem. I can find the Archon wifi and when I connect to it I get the user/password prompt. Enter the DigitalAquatics/password but i1t just kicks me out and asked again for user/password. I will send in a support ticket and see if DA can help. Thanks again to all here for their efforts.

Did you have any other password before?

Did you erase the entire contents of the www folder and replace with the new. Just moving a couple of files didn't work for me either. I had to replace the contents of the www folder completely with the new ones. If I tried messing at all with a file here or there I got the same log in problem you are talking about.

I may give it another go. Thanks.
