Wait. Jack, your drive may have gone read only. Pull it and check. Also check for the accesslist.txt file. Try replacing it with a clean version. That should resolve.

You will need to reboot the archon for it to take properly. Power it down fully then check drive and swap that file. Then boot.

I just did the upgrade, and my unit reappeared at the usual 192.168.1.78 IP and accessible with the prior password. Seeing that, I did a system shutdown, removed the power busses and then the power, waited a bit and restarted. Same deal. On the System page, it now indicates:
Software version is: 1.09.66.
Hardware version is: 1.08.10.
Firmware is up to date.

But I see no new 'network' tab, nor do I see any hysteresis options for the alarms (nor did I have to reconfigure the networking).

Any idea what's up?

Any ideas on how else I can contact them? I had hoped they would get back to me this morning, however I still haven't heard a peep out of anyone at DA. As such I tried calling about an hour ago, it went to voicemail and I have not received a call back either. I get not being in the office over the weekend but I emailed first thing Friday morning. It has now been nearly two business days and I can't get a thing out of them.

Ok, Eric called and was very helpful over the phone. He suspects a power surge hit it and has asked I send it into him. So hopefully Eric is able to get it worked out and sent back soon.
 
Can someone send me the setup HTML file? I did the update but somehow the setup page didn't get included..... I may not have waited long enough updating the webpages.

There is no network tab. There should be a Setup tab. I did not have to setup my wifi settings again either. They are on the setup page now. I do not have a hysteresis option on alarms either. Everything is working OK on mine other than the hysteresis. Since I did not have this before I am in no hurry to figure it out. I will get with Eric when he is not so busy.

After going through the 'update web pages' phase, I now have the 'setup' tab, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. I guess that page didn't download--makes me wonder what else might not have downloaded...

I thought I saw that listed as one of the very few new features listed at the beginning of the upgrade process.

Is there any way to re-do the upgrade process? Maybe via the 'execute command' feature on the setup page?
 
The hysteresis was suppose to be in this update but did not make in this time. If you need the setup.html file then one of us can send it to you if you send us a PM with your email address. Just places it in your www folder on your Archon's usb drive and then reboot the Archon. The Archon loads these into it's internal memory when it powers up.
 
Would one of you who didn't get the setup page or who got it but it is not working be willing to send me a copy of your main.js file?

Thanks to some great and patient support from DA Eric I am back up and running. Surely I screwed up on the update process by powering down prematurely or something but back on track now. Pickup, if you still need a copy of my file pm me and walk me through what you want.

Update for the issues I was having:
Formatted my PC hard drive and upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for fear there might be a hidden virus that infected my usb drive. All file folders were marked as shortcuts but when opening a folder the files were fine. And if I tried to delete a folder it would just come right back seconds later. After the upgrade I ran windows Defender on the usb and surely enough it found a virus. Crazy thing was that when prompted to remove affected files it deleted every Archon file on the usb. (I'm guessing they were all infected) Got a new set of files from Eric at DA. Formatted my usb and copied over the new Archon files and WOW! Now I see how things were supposed to be running. I actually really like the update now.

Pesky viruses. Wow. Now go get a good Antivirus. I use and rely on avast on multiple computers and servers.
