Dimmable ballast ?

I noticed that Cherry Corals has a 54 watt dimmable ballast for use with Profilux. Dimmable ballast used for DIY T5 setups. Each ballast will run two 54 watt bulbs.

I thought the only dimmable T5 ballast were the 220v ones? Anyone have any info on these?

Nope, they are also available in 54w for the USA in fact THE ONLY 110V dimmable T5HO using 1-10V dimming lines are 54w

We are working on other wattages next week!

They also i believe have dimmable ballasts coming into stock, however you may get abetter deal on them through Cherry corals.

We no longer suppy them.

However if they have the dimmable ballasts at a good price grab them while you can

I'm confused. So your saying Cherry Corals is discontinuing carrying Profilux items?

We no longer supply them any ProfiLux equipment, we have centralised supply to make sure clients always have access to everything they need (some items will remain on special order)

the only stores we now supply GHL to are store fronts that may or may not also have web sites.

I see. I'll try progressive reef. They seem to have a good selection. As I understand, you will start selling Profilux directly to U.S. customers when you get your web site up, correct?

I also wanted to say thank you for the quick replies. One reason I chose Profilux was due to the great customer service you seem to give!

PR are really good in fact amazing with care, stock availability and pricing, they also look after the USA clients really well.

As for the direct GHL site, yes its coming we just need to fine tune how this will work as to not effect the dealer network, as its purpose will be a release valve for when people can not find a stock item from the dealer network, or for some reason just dont want to deal with a specific dealer.

Hi Sean. Thank you for the offer, but I already have reflectors and end caps. All I needed were the ballast. I ordered them from Todd at Cherry Corals. Also, I'm putting 8 bulbs in my canopy and I dont think 4 I-bars would fit.
