Dimming Radions

For those who have them, are the radion lights dimmable right down to zero! I am trying to understand if these lights can be dimmed down to such a low level that when they then go to zero it is not a jarring event.

Yes, if properly calibrated they can get down to 0. I just went into live demo mode and went down from 5%-0 with no issues.

Does that mean they dimmed down to nothing? I have a pair of reefbreeders fixtures, and while they dim up and down fine at higher levels, even when the blue is a 2%, to then go to 0, it is a jarring transition (perhaps more for me than the animals in my tank ). If I apply a normal slide dimmer to one of my dimmable Par bulbs, I can get it to smoothly dim all the way down to nothing - just trying to figure out if this is also possible with the radions. Thanks.

Yes, it dims just fine. You will be happy with them. We have survived years with Metal Halides turning on.

Yes for the most part they dim & ramp very smoothly.
