Dino and H2O2 dosing

Been going through a bad Dino outbreak for a while and started dosing H2O2 at 1ml per 10g. I've cut my lighting back to 6 hrs and it's dying back thankfully. My question is when it's finished and the Dino is killed how can I get the H2O2 out? I'm pretty sure just through water changes overtime right?

It should degrade into water and oxygen gas fairly quickly (hours-days).

Ok. My frogspawn doesn't really like it so I'm looking forward to when I can stop dosing.

Keep in mind unless you dont correct what caused the dino bloom in the first place, it will come back as soon as you cut H2O2.

I'm positive it's because I added a piece of uncured dry rock to my already cycled and stocked tank.
