freshwater is not a guarantee to knock off and kill flukes. the only true way to make sure all flukes are gone is praziquantel for 7 days... That is the only method i have found to work 100% of the time.

The powder form works better the prazi in the bottle. mix with vodka and dilute it with water. Works every time.
