disassembling my t-5's

i just got halides and was wanting to disassemble my dual t5 fixture so i can place one on each side of the halides in my 55. they are ready fit t-5's made buy sunlight supply. I've never done anything like this before and don't want to screw it up, so i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or knew of any threads that might explain this so that i will have something to go by. any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a 55 tall with T5's with single reflectors. I am currently fixing to perform a light upgrade and switch to muli bulb reflectors to create more space for another set of T 5's with an ICEcap ballast. My bulbs snap into my reflectors so it's just a matter of screwing the reflector where you want it. Not sure what your set up looks like.
