Credits for repeat purchases. For instance, some percent of all purchases go towards future purchases or shipping upgrades. West marine does this- I get 10 dollar certificates after spending a couple hundred bucks. But please do it online :-)

Also- west coast shipping is a real pain. While I like free shipping, waiting all week for stuff is a pain. And I am not into spending 70 for accelerated. So if there were a way to reward repeat customers with faster shipping....

Where on the West Coast are you located? We're in SoCal (Garden Grove) and local shoppers often receive their merchandise the very next day.

Also Little surprises such as if a member is always buying consumables a reminder email letting them know that they may need more of that item and what deals are going on in that area. Or if they buy X amount of a consumable then buy 3 get a 4th one free or at a discount.

We've been receiving more and more requests for replenishable reminders (media, additives, bulbs, etc.) so having some sort of subscription-based system is something we are seriously considering. Ideally you'd be able to select your subscription preferences (email, text, etc.) and adjust the frequency to your liking (we'll certainly offer some suggestions).

Related to your third idea, we actually rolled out bulk buy pricing on about 90 items last week. Here's an example. We do occasionally have BOGO sales (probably twice a year) but what you're suggesting (tied into a rewards program) would be a nice perk for loyal members.

We really appreciate the creative thinking here. Keep 'em coming!

Like the email reminder and ability to put consumables on a saved list. Bulbs additives ro canisters etc
